• Bulk hour contracts are offered at 10% off the normal hourly rate with a minimum of 25 hours purchased per contract.

• A contract includes all of the services mentioned below. (On-site, remote and phone)

• Mileage is waived with a bulk hour contract.

• Time rounds to the nearest hour. (ex. We are on-site for 25 min, an hour is charged to the contract. Minimum 1 hour will be charged per visit)

• Time starts when the technician leaves for the destination.

• These hours do not have an expiration and can be used anytime needed.

• All week days and nights are charged as one, single hour. (excluding Holidays)

• If service is needed on a holiday, 2 hours will be charged per hour.
