Do you offer backup solutions?
Yes, we offer two different options for timely and secure backups. With either of these options we can backup servers, virtual environments or a single pc. We use Carbonite and Veeam for all backup/restore needs.
Can you setup a VPN?
Yes, Services by JGr3g can build and maintain your VPN. Typically we use a Unifi USG for the VPN authorization and setup, but we can use any source that you would like. We have experience with OpenVPN, Zyxel, Watchguard and Fortinet just to name a few.
Can you create an app for my business?
No, but we do have partners that are local that I can recommend to assist you in your needs. Please ask and I will get you in touch with a specialist if there is one available.
What AntiVirus do you recommend?
There are plenty of options for Anti-Virus software for a machine. The balance that we look for in such a software includes protection level and resource usage. The perfect balance of these two at this time leads us to recommend Webroot End Point Protection for Windows based systems.
Do you offer email setup services?
Yes, typically we like to use Google’s Workspace for all work related email, but we can use whatever option you see as desirable. Setup, maintenance and monitoring is available through a by the hour contract, or a Project contract.
Do you create websites for businesses?
Yes, we offer several options for building your website to meet your needs. Our goal is to provide a platform that easy to use both for the business and the consumer, without a need for a specialized contractor to implement updates and upgrades. This leaves an option out there for the business to be able to manage the site themselves if they needed to. The platform we use for building is Squarespace, as they offer simple and realistic options for building, maintaining and managing from a single source. Services by JGr3g also offers an option for Custom Built websites from scratch, these would be by the Project proposed.
