The Benchmark

$550/Month

The Standard plus the following additions and changes.

The Machine

$700/Month

The Benchmark plus the following additions and changes.

  • Up to 30 end-users (Servers included)

  • Includes an average of 15 hours per month. *Quarterly cleaning of all computers in the office.

  • Active data retention for all office machines.++

  • Audio/Visual support.

  • ***10 Total hours of training. (no extra charge)

  • Phone and Tablet Repair (parts not included)

  • 20% Discount on additional services and bulk hour contracts.

Terms and Conditions A one year contract is needed for all prices to be intact. Payment for the full year is expected upon contract signing, though other accommodations can be exercised. An early termination fee applies to payment for services unpaid for the remainder of the contract period. (%50 of remaining contract will be due upon termination). Phone repairs include screen replacement only. Hardware repair includes but is not limited to televisions, computers, phones, mobile phones and tablets. Parts associated with the repair are not covered, and will be billed on an as needed basis. This contract covers all scheduled service calls associated with the signing client, emergency services are to be determined by Services by JGr3g, and have a 4 hour window for troubleshooting and resolution. Services not listed are covered only by the Services by JGr3g approval.

 

*=Quarterly cleaning consists of updates of all needed software/hardware. (Adobe, Java, Windows, Anti-Virus, Drivers etc.) Mild infection removal, temp file clean up, registry sweep, and optimization of machines. These will be scheduled according to accommodations. **=Remote support provided by TeamViewer ***=Trainings must be one hour at least, I will provide documentation as well as handouts. += If extended repair is needed, the suspect in question can be taken off-site for repair. ++=Active Data Retention Product will be provided by Veeam or Carbonite.
